A combination of Tsugikage Ran and Samurai Pizza Cats.
Animation is decent. The style is pretty normal and they use a few CG in the anime as well, but as the encode was only decent, I can't say it looked really good. There are a bunch of degenerated scenes to indicate the comedy, but aside of that, the animation doesn't really have anything bad or good.
Most of the scenes are in the dark, so it's not really that there's much to be seen anyway.
The sound is pretty nice and the opening/ending song are okay to listen to. The voiceactors do a good job and even if their voices aren't that great, they do certainly fit the characters they fill :)
The story is pretty sad. Those 4 episodes are all standalone episodes which don't have much in common with each other, but even those stories are not really worth mentioning. In fact, the entire series is based on something you either like or hate: Samurai with instant armor a la Samurai Pizza Cats.
But while the series isn't based on the story, it does try to be funny enough to become a comedy. Unfortunately, the comedy is not of an high enough standard to make you laugh - but it's not dumb enough to make you cry either ;)
Although it's pretty silly at times and it features some
There are plenty of characters and even though only 3 characters are actually main characters, they don't really develop since it's more the comedy-aspect which is what this series uses. They rather stick to a certain fixed character to make the series interesting.
Rewatch value won't be much, since it's just a filler series between what you've seen and what you want to see but don't want to start watching 26 eps again. Still, it might be fun to watch it someday again if you liked the series in the first place.
For me, it was indeed like a filler-series :) Not something I would recommend or rewatch, but it was enough to get me through a boring evening.
