In short, watch this if you like the series. If you're not that into it, then it is hardly a recommendation simply because it is the weakest one.
Pros: solid animation, nice OP and continuation of the main story.
Cons: ragged rhythm due to overly lengthy flashbacks and inner monologues, zero emotional development of the main character even at this point (he gains new moves, but hardly grows as his experience would otherwise suggest), new characters are a mix of good backstory and so-so.

Still have tons of epic fight, a lot of emotional moments, and all characters are loveable.

The previous season had superb animation with epic fights. This season also had great animation, although the new characters were alright. IMO, this season had way too many flashbacks... normally the flashbacks in Demon Slayer are solid and for the most part they are solid in this season, but there was just too many of them. Even though this was a weaker season compared to the previous one, this is still solid and look forward to the next season.

Juicy animation, good music, cool fights. Just as the doctor prescribed... except that I don't like when the whole season is about one piece of the full story. Roughly speaking, nothing happens in this season except the fight in the village. I'm starting to get tired of these combinations of "stretching the battle into a bunch of episodes" + "breaking a conditional one season into 10 mini-seasons".

Love how they seem to have this winning formula for this series. Each season builds upon the previous well. There are wonderful surprises and great movement in this season.

Action scenes are as impactful as ever, no wasteful & long-winding sakuga/fx showcase. It reveals much more plot wise and is now seemingly more focused (albeit it sacrifices scope & sense of wonder).
Overall still a crazily well executed anime, has very strong impact moments, not as good as previous season but you can expect something very similar.
