Slice of Life of 3 sisters running a library in a remote location.
Though this anime is from 2002, it feels like it was from the 80s (avg animation). Initially the story and the people were incredibly cheese (verging on annoying), but slowly as we build a rapport with the characters we start liking the anime and eventually I was appreciating the love and care of the people, and was a little sad when it got over.

Kokoro and her two elder sisters became librarians at the Kokoro Library in a mountain away from the town. Kokoro is the third daughter who has gentle mind though her sense is a bit off. Aruto likes cooking, and is the most realistic second daughter. Iina is an eldest daughter who is very thoughtful of the younger sisters. A funny and heart-warming story about the three sisters.

My god this is cute, REEEEAALLY CUTE, sickly sweet pure loli moe kawaii goodness, its over 9000, its THAT CUTE I tell you, too much even for me, but I liked it... a lot lol. Besides the cuteness its a very heartwarming anime, hence the "kokoro" (heart, soul). You might cry a bit if you have a soft heart
