The kingdom of sweets holds the annual Sweets Festival - a large-scale competition among confectioners. Italian chef Jaidora, who participates in the competition, asks the Doraemons to bring the ingredients for dorayaki. However, Jaidora's rival Niganiga and his robotic minions try to hinder the Doraemons.
