Famous shipbuilder living in Brazil. For one third of a treasure Keisuke and Yuko found she agrees to design and help them build a vessel to smuggle gold into USA.
After Yuko death she becomes Keisuke lover and partner to help him get revenge on GPX.
She becomes top model as Diamond Peggy and starts training martial arts, shooting and bodybuilding under Keisuke.
Peggy dies saving Keisuke life during his fight with GPX knife master.
