I only knew what " Yangire " and I had no idea what a " Yandeguire " was until my friend explained it to me.

A yandere is a mentally unbalanced person who will get murderously violent when they perceive a threat to the relationship they have, believe to have, or wish to have with the target of their affections. They're the extremely jealous, will-kill-for-what-they-consider-love type.

A yangire is a mentally unbalanced person who will get murderously violent for other reasons, to which there may or may not be some order or predictability. They're closer to sociopaths.

As well in the Monogatari series yangire and yandere seem confused to some extent, to me anyway.

Fair point -- my stance on it wasn't particularly solid, so I'm not opposed to removing them. If you have a list of who to remove, I can take them off.

I disagree. There's an enormous difference between the archetypes.

Lumping them together "because they're both yan" is no different from lumping them together with tsundere "because they're both dere".

Hmm, you bring up a good point. I'm going to add the yangire tag to the club subjects; IMO they're closely related enough.

How about this character from Tokyo Ghoul.

Kawashima Ami? Not sure that she is appropriate for Yandere... The parts where she was violent were pretty specifically related to her being stocked. She pretty much just stomped the dudes camera into the ground. Taiga was probably more prone to violent outbursts than Ami.
