Takahashi Hiroshi was born April 29, 1943 in Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan. He is president of Toei Animation.
Takahashi graduated 1967 from Sophia University and joined with Asahi National Broadcasting (no TV Asahi) where he worked in the organisation field. In 1997 he became public relations manager at BS Asahi.
He became managing director at Toei Animation in 2001, executive director in 2002 and finally president in 2003.
