His Excellency Demon Kogure born November 10, 98038 BC (Devil's Calendar:100036 BD) claims to be a demon playing a Japanese musician, entertainer, journalist, and Sumo commentator. His most recent appearance as a Sumo commentator was on the May 24, 2008 English language simulcast. Supposedly, he is the former vice-king of hell and the founder of Akumakyo (a demoniac religion). His real name is allegedly unknown because it is unpronounceable on the earth.
Kogure claims to have finished the conquest of the earth on December 31, 1999 AD. Most earthlings, however, believe he is an entertainer playing a demon.
Kogure preached his religion as the leader of SEIKIMA-II (聖飢魔II) ("The End of the Century" in English), a religious group whose aim is to conquer the earth by using heavy metal music.
Kogure went to Waseda University. His elder sister is a former Tokyo Broadcasting System newscaster, Kogure Yumiko (小暮裕美子).
