Happy New Year 2025!


We made it to 2025... after a crazy year in 2024!

2024 was a wild ride... looking to Japan, they started the year on a sad note with the Noto Earthquake in Japan on Jan 1st, followed by a plane crash on Jan 2nd killing 5 rescuers heading to the earthquake disaster zone.

The year ended with another plane crash, Jeju Air Flight 2216 crashed in Korea killing 179 people. The world also became a bit more unpredictable this year, between Donald Trump's reelection, the impeachment of South Korea's president, and the fall of Syria, 2025 will surely be a year full of surprises.

Despite all that, the world has so far managed to keep calm and carry on! With 2025 on the horizon, we can look to the future and hope for things to improve. On the bright side, the Japanese Yen is at historic lows right now, so if you've been planning a trip to Japan, 2025 is a great time to do so! :thumbup:
