ARCADE seeks to redefine the retail landscape through a presentation of vintage as filtered through a contemporary lens. We present unique capsule collections through our collaborations with vintage collectors and curators, both in our retail storefronts and online. We are looking for someone to join our team as a store manager and key holder for our Downtown Los Angeles store at ROW DTLA.

The Store Manager will support our small team by managing day-to-day operations of the store including sales and customer service, social media management and content creation, sales team management, scheduling, and communication with our vendor consignors. They will assist in growing our e-commerce presence and sales, fulfilling online orders, and identifying and implementing new opportunities for growth. They will contribute to an efficient workspace through general shop maintenance, upkeep, and merchandising. Applicants should be highly motivated and able to adapt in a rapidly shifting environment. There is opportunity for growth for those passionate about the e-commerce, virtual sales and live trade show event space. An ideal candidate will have retail management experience, and have demonstrated an ability to lead.

Responsibilities to include

  • Keyholder, open and close of physical store
  • Lead sales team and scheduling
  • Customer service and sales
  • Merchandising and seasonal floor changes
  • Tracking of inventory, running sales reports, setting and meeting goals
  • Managing virtual appointments, online events and web sales through our social media and e-commerce
  • General shop assisting including email, maintaining a calendar, shipping and receiving
  • Some travel may be required
  • Weekend hours required

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience in retail management, especially in the vintage space is ideal
  • Shopify or other e-commerce experience
  • Fluency in social media
  • Some knowledge of graphic design and image editing software including Illustrator, Photoshop and Lightroom
  • Microsoft Office, Google Sheets
  • Customer Service

Job Type:

  • Full-time, hourly employee

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift, 40 hours per week
  • Weekend availability

Our storefront exists at the intersection of the fashion and arts districts in Downtown Los Angeles and is bolstered by our robust eCommerce shop. We are seeking someone to join our team as an in-store salesperson.

In this role, an ideal candidate will support our team in the store's day-to-day operations with a focus on sales and customer service. They will assist in growing our eCommerce presence and sales, fulfilling online orders, and identifying and implementing new growth opportunities. They will contribute to an efficient workspace through general shop maintenance, upkeep, and merchandising. They will tell the brand's story through social media content creation. Applicants should be highly motivated and able to adapt to a rapidly shifting environment. There is an opportunity for growth for those passionate about eCommerce, virtual sales, and live trade show events. An ideal candidate will have some experience in retail, fashion, vintage, eCommerce, and/or social media.
