ARTEMEST USA, Inc. (“Artemest”,“Vendor”, “we”, “us”, “our”) respects the privacy of its consumers (“customers”, “users”, “you”, “your”). This Privacy Policy applies to the personal information we obtain through your transactions and interactions with the Vendor, including through your use of Vendor’s website “artemest.com” (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”), mobile applications, social media pages, through surveys, and marketing. A. Vendor uses your information to perform under a contract with you or to take steps, at your request, prior to entering into a contract, such as:

4. How long Personal Information is Retained
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we typically retain personal information obtained about you for as long as needed for the purposes we obtained it, which generally means we will keep your personal information for the duration of our relationship or as long as you keep your account open with us. Alternatively, we retain your personal information taking into account mandatory applicable laws, including applicable statute of limitation periods.
5. Your Controls
- You may update certain account profile information, such as your name, contact information, and marketing preferences, by logging into your account on the Site.

Vendor has implemented administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information against accidental, unauthorized, or unlawful access, destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure and/or use. Nevertheless, no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its security and will not assume liability for improper and unauthorized security breaches. We may change our hosting, storage and security procedures at any time without notice to you.
7. Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed at children under thirteen-years-old (or minors in general, as applicable under relevant law). Vendor does not knowingly solicit or collect personal information (as defined by the U.S. Children’s Privacy Protection Act, or COPPA) in a manner not permitted by COPPA. After we post any changes to the Privacy Policy, your continued use of the Site is subject to the updated Privacy Policy. If you object to any change, you can stop using the Site. Please check the Privacy Policy periodically to keep informed of any changes. The date the Privacy Policy was last updated will appear at the bottom of the last page. In the event that any provision of this Privacy Policy is found invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed to the extent necessary for the remainder to be valid and enforceable.
