Shipping policy

Most packages are shipped out within 4-7 business days depending on our studio's workload. We offer free shipping on all retail orders in the USA over $100.

Adding caking/winding services to your order will add an addtional 3-5 days to the fulfillment time of your order.

All of our packages are shipped from Pensacola, Florida. Most packages will arrive to US customers within 7 business days. However, it can take longer depending on USPS current fulfillment times.
