Cindy Adams Dunn is the Pennsylvania Secretary of Conservation and Natural Resources. Dunn assumed office on January 20, 2015. Dunn's current term ends on January 19, 2027.

Dunn was nominated by Governor Tom Wolf (D) on January 20, 2015, and confirmed by the Pennsylvania State Senate in June 2015.[1][2] She was reappointed by Governor-elect Josh Shapiro (D) on January 10, 2023.[3]

From 2013 to January 2015, Dunn served as the president and chief executive officer of PennFuture, a statewide environmental advocacy organization. Prior to her appointment as the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, Dunn served in multiple roles at the department. She has acted as Deputy Secretary of Conservation and Technical Services, Director of the Bureau of Recreation and Conservation and Director of the Office of Education, Communications and Partnerships.

From 1997 to 2003 Dunn was the executive director of Audubon Pennsylvania, as well as the Pennsylvania program director for the Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay for 10 years prior.

She lives with her husband in Cumberland County.[1]
