Biography
Harold Spradling earned a B.S. in law enforcement and also obtained a masters in education. His career experience includes working as a psychiatric social worker and a school counselor. Spradling is an ordained minister and served as the director of a residential treatment program for 14 years until his retirement in 2018.[1]
