Jo Ann P Kelton ran for judge on the Chester County Magisterial District in Pennsylvania in 2011.

2011 election

Kelton won the Democratic party primary on May 17. She received 75.79% in the Democratic primary and 30.2% of the vote in the Republican primary.[1] She was defeated by John Bailey in the general election November 8, receiving 44.75% of the vote. [2][3]

Kelton earned her R.N. from Abington Memorial Hospital School of Nursing. She earned a B.A. in political science from West Chester University and her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law.[4]
