John David Kelly (1934 - 1998) was a judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit. He was nominated by President Bill Clinton on January 27, 1998 to a seat vacated by Frank Magill. Kelly was confirmed by the U.S. Senate on July 31, 1998, and received commission on August 3, 1998.

Judge Kelly's service on the court was terminated on October 21, 1998 when he died.[1]
