Ron George (Republican Party) was a member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing District 30. George assumed office in 2007. George left office in 2015.

George is a former Republican member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing District 30 from 2007 to 2015.
Biography
Ron George was born in Syracuse, New York, and lives in Arnold, Maryland. He earned a bachelor's degree in visual and performing arts from Syracuse University in 1978 and a master's degree in clinical psychology from the Institute for Psychological Services in 2005. George's career experience includes owning Ron George Jewelers Incorporated.[1]

George ran for Governor of Maryland in 2014. He lost the Republican nomination in the primary election on June 24, 2014.[2] The general election took place on November 4, 2014.

2010
George successfully won re-election in the general election on November 2, 2010. He took the first of three seats in the district.[3]
2006
On November 7, 2006, Ron George ran for District 30 of the Maryland House of Delegates, winning the third of three seats, losing to Michael Busch and Virginia Clagett but beating Barbara Samorajczyk, Andy Smarick, Ron Elfenbein, and David Whitney.[4]
Ron George raised $180,849 for his campaign.[5]
