|- Filling vacancies in the Sheriff's office to give the community the support they need for particular issues.
- Tommy wants to address the mental illness issues of incarcerated persons in Wake County. He believes that these people should be handed off to more qualified professionals that know how to handle the behavior of mentally ill patients.
- Tommy is here to listen to the community. He believes that if he is elected, he should be the voice of the people via Wake County law enforcement.
