यास्क (c. 4थी सदी ईपू आ पाणिनि से पहिले रहलें) एगो प्राचीन भारतीय बिद्वान रहलें। परंपरागत रूप से इनका के निरुक्त के रचयिता मानल जाला आ इहे इनके परसिद्धि के कारन हवे।
