Moreover she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name Jesus, - for, he, will save his people from their sins. But, all this, hath come to pass, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the Lord, through the prophet, saying: Lo! a Virgin, shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, - and they shall call his name Emmanuel; which is, being translated, God with us. And Joseph, awaking, from his sleep, did as the messenger of the Lord directed him, - and took unto him his wife; and knew her not, until she had brought forth a son, - and he called his name Jesus.

And, she, at the word, was greatly troubled, and began to deliberate, of what kind, this salutation, might be. And the messenger said unto her - Do not fear, Mary, for thou hast found favour with God, - And 1o! thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name, Jesus: the same, shall be great, and, Son of the Most High, shall be called, and the Lord God, will give unto him, the throne of David his father, - And he shall reign over the house of Jacob, unto the ages, and, of his kingdom, there shall be, no end. But Mary said unto the messenger - How, shall this thing be, seeing that, a man, I know not? And answering, the messenger said unto her - The Holy Spirit, shall come upon thee, and, the power of the Most High, shall overshadow thee; wherefore, even that which is to be born, Holy, shall be called, Son of God. And lo! Elizabeth thy kinswoman, even she, hath conceived a son in, her old-age; - and, this month, is, the sixth, to her, the so-called barren one; Because no declaration from God, shall be void of power. And Mary said - Lo! the handmaid of the Lord! Might it come to pass unto me, according to thy declaration. And the messenger departed from her.

But there shall come forth a shoot from the stock of Jesse, - And, a sprout from his roots, shall bear fruit; And the spirit of Yahweh shall rest upon him, - The spirit of wisdom and understanding, The spirit of counsel and might, The spirit of knowledge and reverence of Yahweh; So will he find fragrance, in the reverence of Yahweh, And not, by the sight of his eyes, will he judge, Nor by the hearing of his ears, will he decide;read more.
But he will judge with righteousness! them who are poor, And decide with equity! for the oppressed of the land, - And he will smite the land With the sceptre of his mouth, And with the breath of his lips, will he slay the lawless one; And righteousness shall be the girdle of his loins, - And faithfulness the girdle of his reins; And the wolf shall dwell with the lamb, And, the leopard, with the kid, shall lie down, - And the calf and the young lion and the fatling - together, With, a little child, leading them; And the cow, with the bear shall find pasture, Together, shall their young ones, lie down, - And, the lion, like the ox, shall eat straw; And the sucking child shall caress over the hole of the asp, Yea over the vipers den, hath the weaned child stretched out his hand: They shall not hurt - nor destroy, in all my holy mountain, - For filled is the land with the knowledge of Yahweh, As the waters, to the sea, form a covering. Thou, therefore, Bethlehem Ephrathah, though, little, to be among the thousands of Judah, out of thee, shall Mine come forth, to be ruler in Israel, - whose comings forth, have been from of old, from the days of age-past time.

Wherefore let My Lord Himself give you a sign, - Lo! a Virgin, being with child and giving birth to a son, thou wilt call his name Immanuel.

Now it came to pass, in those days, that there went forth a decree from Caesar Augustus, for all the inhabited earth to be enrolled: this enrolment, first was made while Cyrenius was governor of Syria: and all were journeying to be enrolled, each one unto his own city.read more.

I bring you good tidings of a great joy, the which shall be for all the people: That there hath been born unto you, this day, a saviour, - Who is Christ the Lord - in the city of David! And, this, to you is, a sign: Ye shall find a babe, wrapped in swaddling clothes, and lying in a manger. And, suddenly, there came to be, with the messenger, the throng of the heavenly host, praising God, and saying - Glory, in the highest, unto God! And, on earth, peace, among men of goodwill. And it came to pass, when the messengers had departed from them into heaven, that, the shepherds, began to say one to another - Let us go through forthwith as far as to Bethlehem, and see this thing which hath come to pass, which the Lord hath made known to us. And they came, with haste, and found both Mary and Joseph, and the babe lying in the manger. Now, when they beheld, they made known concerning the thing which had been told them as to this child. And, all who heard, marvelled concerning the things which had been told by the shepherds unto them; but, Mary, was closely observing, all, these things, putting them together in her heart. And the shepherds returned, giving glory and singing praise unto God, over all things which they had heard and seen, according as it had been told unto them.

Now, when, Jesus, was born in Bethlehem of Judaea, in the days of Herod the king, lo! wise men from eastern parts, came into Jerusalem: saying - Where is he that hath been born king of the Jews? for we saw his star in the east, and have come to bow down to him.

And, again, Isaiah, saith - There shall be the root of Jesse, and he that ariseth to rule nations, - upon, him, shall nations hope. Now, the God of the hope, fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that ye may surpass in the hope, in the power of Holy Spirit.

And again spake Yahweh unto Ahaz saying - Ask thee a sign, of Yahweh thy God, - Go down deep for a request, Or ascend on high! But Ahaz said, - I will not ask Nor will I put Yahweh to the proof.read more.

Lo! days are coming, Declareth Yahweh, - when I will establish my good word, which I have spoken - As to the house of Israel And concerning the house of Judah: In those days and at that time, will I cause to bud unto David A Bud of righteousness, - And he shall execute justice and righteousness in the land: In those days, Judah shall be Saved, and I Jerusalem abide, securely, - And, this, is that which shall be proclaimed to her - Yahweh, our righteousness!

Whatsoever things, in fact, were written aforetime, allfor our own instruction were written, - in order that, through endurance and through the encouragement of the Scriptures, we might have their hope. I, indeed, am immersing you, in water, unto repentance, - but, he who, after me, cometh is, mightier than I, whose, sandals, I am not worthy to bear, he, will immerse you, in Holy Spirit and fire: Whose fan is in his hand, and he will clear out his threshing-floor, - and will gather his wheat into the granary, but, the chaff, will he burn up with fire unquenchable.

And, this besides, - knowing the season - that it is an hour already for you out of sleep to be wakened; for, now, is our salvation nearer than when we believed: The night, is far spent and, the day, hath drawn near; let us, then, cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light, - As in daytime, becomingly let us walk: not in revellings and in drunken bouts, not in chamberings and in wanton deeds, not in strife and envy; -read more.
But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and, for the flesh, take not forethought to fulfil its covetings.

Comfort ye - comfort ye my people, - Saith your God. Surely the people is grass! The grass, hath withered, The flower, hath faded, - But the word of our God, shall stand unto times age-abiding! To a high mountain, get ye up, O herald - band of Zion, Lift high with strength your voice, O herald - band of Jerusalem, - Lift it high, do not fear, Say to the cities of Judah - Lo! your God! Lo! My Lord, Yahweh, as a mighty one, doth come, And, his own arm, is about to rule for him, - Lo! his reward, is with him, And, his recompense, before him; Like a shepherd, his flock, will he tend, In his own arm, will he take up the lambs, And in his own bosom, will he carry them , - Them which are with young, will he lead to a place of rest.
