11 Bible Verses about Darkness, And God's Judgment

And cast the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Then said the king to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and take him away, and cast him into outer darkness; there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

These are wells without water, clouds that are carried with a tempest; to whom the mist of darkness is reserved forever.

And the fifth angel poured out his bowl upon the throne of the beast; and his kingdom was full of darkness; and they gnawed their tongues for pain, And blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, and repented not of their deeds.

Let their eyes be darkened that they may not see, and bow down their back always.

And in that day they shall roar against them like the roaring of the sea: and if one looks unto the land, behold, darkness and sorrow, and the light is darkened in its heavens.

The LORD shall strike you with madness, and blindness, and confusion of mind: And you shall grope at noonday, as the blind gropes in darkness, and you shall not prosper in your ways: and you shall be only oppressed and plundered continually, and no man shall save you.

But with an overrunning flood he will make an utter end of its place, and darkness shall pursue his enemies.

The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and the terrible day of the LORD comes.
