Brethren, be followers of me, and look on them which walk even so, as ye have us for an example.

Neither took we bread of any man for nought: but wrought with labour and travail night and day, because we would not be grievous to any of you: not but that we had authority: but to make ourselves an example unto you, to follow us.

Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection.

If any widow have children or nephews, let them learn first to rule their own houses godly, and to recompense their elders. For that is good and acceptable before God.

But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned, which also were committed unto thee, seeing thou knowest of whom thou hast learned them.
