Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return period, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return To start a return, please contact us at [email protected]. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Return Postage While we do not charge a restocking fee, the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Within the UK, this is usually around £1 for a large letter.

Damages and Issues Upon receiving your order, please inspect it and contact us immediately at [email protected] if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We strive to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Please report any problems within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., swapping a set of Brick Caps for a different valve type), you have two options:

  1. Re-order the desired item and request a refund for the original order upon our receipt of the returned item.
  2. Send back the original item, and upon receipt, we will dispatch the replacement.

Please note, in both scenarios, the customer is responsible for return postage costs.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We aim to process refunds within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
