Sword & Shield Series
This card was included in the Brilliant Stars expansion, first released in the Japanese Star Birth expansion. It was reprinted as a Full Art Secret card in the Astral Radiance expansion, first released in the Japanese Battle Region subset. Both prints feature artwork by Studio Bora Inc. In Japan, the Brilliant Stars print was reprinted in the Lucario VSTAR Starter Set; Mirror Holofoil prints were also released in both of the VSTAR & VMAX High-Class Decks, and in the VSTAR Universe subset.
Scarlet & Violet Series
Choice Belt was reprinted in the Paldea Evolved expansion, first released in the Japanese Premium Trainer Box ex with new artwork by the same artist. This card features the updated Trainer card layout and Pokémon Tool card category introduced at the start of the Scarlet & Violet Series.

- This card was reprinted with the G regulation mark, but there are no Pokémon V with this regulation mark. This means that when the 2025-26 Standard format starts, this card might become orphaned.
Origin
The use of "Choice" as a prefix in the name of this card suggests a relation to the other Choice items, such as Choice Band.
