This is a list of Pokémon in the order dictated by the Kitakami regional Pokédex. There are 200 numbered Pokémon in the Kitakami Pokédex, following this breakdown:
- 97 are exclusive to Kitakami (the 7 new and 90 returning Pokémon).
- 101 also appear in the Paldea region.
- 2 also later appear in Blueberry Academy (Vullaby and Mandibuzz).

Completion rewards

Trivia
- This is the first regional Pokédex to include the Spinarak line without the Ledyba line.
- This is the only regional Pokédex in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet to not include any Paradox Pokémon.
- If White-Striped Basculin is not considered a regional form, this is the only regional Pokédex in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet to not include any regional forms.
- Like the other mascots in Scarlet and Violet, Ogerpon's image has a unique gold border.
- Some images in the Kitakami Pokédex reference Pokémon biology:
- Gyarados's image alludes to the myth of a carp leaping over a waterfall to transform into a dragon, the inspiration behind this Pokémon.
- Snorlax's image references its well-known habit of blocking bridges in the Kanto and Kalos regions.
- Nosepass's image emphasizes that it is always oriented to face north.
- Clefairy and Clefable are shown dancing under the full moon, reflecting their lunar rituals.
- Carbink's image depicts how their shiny, jewel-like bodies attract Gabite.
- Some images seem to depict predatory relationships, such as Cramorant with Arrokuda, Starly with Applin, and Appletun with Cutiefly.
