Masatoshi Hamada (Japanese: 浜田雅功 Hamada Masatoshi), also known as Hama-chan (Japanese: 浜ちゃん) is a voice actor for Pokémon the Series. He voiced Slowking in the second movie, and also illustrated the "Hama-chan's Slowking" TCG promo card produced for the Japanese release of the movie. He was born on May 11, 1963 in Osaka, Japan.
