Absolute nightmare of a company. Have had all paperwork they requested in January. All I get now is one excuse after another (even been called a liar). They have no regards for my wellbeing or my mental health. Keep being told we will contact you via post.. .what crap that is as not received anything.

More poor service from ReAssure. Pension payment received early in February still not applied to my pension by 31st March. This is after a number of calls in the last few months because of £8.5k of contributions that they had received & not applied!! Makes me wonder how many other people's pensions they have got wrong.....
Horrendous experience, if there was a minus 5 star that wouldn't be enough!
We started the process of trying to withdraw from our dad's pension pot back in August 2024! He still has not been paid a single penny. We have been stone walled at every turn, documentation etc... never enough. Then told on a number of occasions that the funds are being drawn up and will be through within 10 days....then nothing. This has had a devastating effect on our dad's mental health and well being. Working his whole life and paying in to a pension that he can't access! We've now escalated our case to the complaints department and I'll be contacting the financial ombudsman in due course.
I have read numerous reviews where families have experienced the same treatment.
This company should hang its head in shame.

Continued poor service from ReAssure
