Delivery Disclaimer
Is your first time renting party products?
Delivery rates are based on delivery to and from the address given. Our delivery rate will vary depending on the distance.
Please let us know if your delivery will be above the first floor. Any delivery that is not ground level that requires to be elevated and/or delivered after 7 pm will be assigned to an additional $100 fee and $200 after 12 pm.
If you require an attendant for the service of bounce house rentals and concession machine rentals, you have to add $25 per hour (minimum 3 hours). Broward parks always require an attendant for bounce houses and inflatables.
When our drivers arrive, please make sure to have someone onsite who knows where items are to be dropped. Wait time for our drivers may not exceed 10 minutes.
Set up for the rent of tables, chairs, linens, and tabletop is not included with rentals. Set up may be requested at an additional cost per product.
All rentals shall be picked up in the same quality condition and stacked as they were delivered.
