Krorän or Kroraina was an ancient kingdom founded in the second century BC on the north-eastern edge of the Lop Desert in the Tarim Basin, modern-day Xinjiang in Northwest China. Its name in its native language Uyghur being Kroran, which is rendered in Chinese as "樓蘭", romanized as Loulan.
