Deutsch: Ernst Heinrich Freiherr von Weizsäcker (* 25. Mai 1882 in Stuttgart; † 4. August 1951 in Lindau) war ein deutscher Diplomat, SS-Brigadeführer und Staatssekretär des Auswärtigen Amtes. Wegen Deportationen französischer Juden nach Auschwitz wurde er in Nürnberg als Kriegsverbrecher verurteilt. Er ist der Vater des ehemaligen Bundespräsidenten Richard von Weizsäcker und des Physikers und Philosophen Carl Friedrich von Weizsäcker.
English: Ernst Freiherr von Weizsäcker (25 May 1882 – 4 August 1951) was a German diplomat and convicted war criminal. Weizsäcker was the father of politician Richard von Weizsäcker, who was President of Germany 1984-94, and Carl Friedrich von Weizsäcker, famous physicist and philosopher.
