English: The Nipper Building is an historic building in Camden, New Jersey, and was completed in 1916. It is famous for its stained glass window featuring Nipper the dog. It was Camden Plant Building 17 until 1992, and was headquarters of RCA Victor for decades. Restoration was completed in August 2003, and it became The Victor, a condominium building.
