Out of COM:SCOPE user-generated flag "proposals"; violations of COM:NOTHOST, COM:SELFIE, COM:EV. A realistic educational purpose is a policy requirement for all Commons files. All files with no such purpose must be deleted: "Wikimedia Commons is not your personal free web host". There are nice ideas, but they are beyond the project's scope

Deleted, per nom, with exceptions of two which have found use outside of user space, File:Flag of Peace (Proposal).PNG and File:Flag of the Aral Sea (Proposal).png. (While I have closed those two as kept, this is not to prejudge more narrow future requests for deletion - a quick look at usage of the 2nd image suggests the use may be questionable.) -- Infrogmation of New Orleans (talk) 16:41, 18 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
