    Given it refuses to open even in photoshop, I don't think this can be promoted. Files do need to be usable, and if PhotoShop "Cannot parse JPEG data" then I don't see how anyone can use it. As noted above, if you view it in MSIE it seems unsharp and filled with CA. I'm not sure this is a decline reason, but I certainly can't promote it. I also note that 135MP in 8MB means the image is not great quality to begin with - I'd usually expect 2-6MP per MB. Mattbuck 07:54, 10 August 2013 (UTC)
