Description
English: General view of Dr. Eva Wittgenstein inserting a sample into a Perkin-Elmer Model 621 Grating Infrared Spectrophotometer in use at a facility associated with the Laboratory Methods Research Section of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Per notations accompanying the photograph, the instrument is being used as part of a program to provide standard analytic methods for identification of allergenic pollutants in air.
