This file is in the public domain in the United States because it was solely created by employees of the National Weather Service or National Severe Storms Laboratory using the Damage Assessment Toolkit (DAT), an interactive map and database. Images on the Damage Assessment Toolkit are taken after storms by the 122 National Weather Service forecast offices as well as the National Severe Storms Laboratory during NWS Post-Event Damage Assessments and are works prepared by an officer or employee of the United States Government as part of that person’s official duties under the terms of Title 17, Chapter 1, Section 105 of the US Code. This makes them ineligible for copyright.
