I am a #foodnerd and a #booknerd. I write and teach about food and the many stories, relationships, politics and culture that weave around it. I combine experience in PR, management and hospitality with a rich knowledge of food, culture, media and literature. Now I lecture on food and culture, literature and media at the Technological University Dublin, where I also do PhD research on food in Irish literature.
