It seems that at least most of the title and description of this photo have nothing to do with what is in the photo. Can you please clean it up, since I have no idea what applies. - Jmabel ! talk 16:46, 13 February 2017 (UTC)

  • Thanks for you message; actually, the Upload Wizzard description is about the too close Barangays or villages of these neighbor towns of Calasiao and Santa Barbara, Pangasinan; the photo herein is the rear or side of the Municipal Town Hall of Calasiao, Pangasinan, apology for the so general description and so general title that applies to all photos of these 2 towns, sincerely and regards--Judgefloro 16:55, 13 February 2017 (UTC)

Request Photo

Hello, I found your photo under Daniel Padilla category, could you please upload a photo of him (alone) billboard ad? We'll use it on his Daniel Padilla. Thank you in advance Puchicatos (talk) 09:50, 20 February 2017 (UTC)

Thanks for your message; actually, the photography is about this scenery and landscape Category:Pasig River Park (Baywalk, Highway Hills & Buayang Bato, Mandaluyong City - J. P. Rizal Extension, Cembo, West & East Rembo, Makati City) and I just angle by angle took photos of Interesting points, like the Barangays of Mandaluyong at the foot of the Billboards or Advertisements of these 4 Filipino actors and actresses; I do not have any single photo or a photo that may be cropped for Daniel Padilla, since the Giant Ads cannot be cut or cropped for 1 of the 4 alone; hence, maybe, a special photo editor may crop my photos and do justice to one photo for Daniel, and in case I will, in the future find a closer photo of Daniel, I will try to take photo of his Ad in the Philippines or Billboards, Cheers and regards Judgefloro (') --Judgefloro 10:05, 20 February 2017 (UTC)
That would be lovely. Really can't wait for it :) Thank you so much. Best regards Puchicatos (talk) 10:26, 23 February 2017 (UTC)
Thanks for your rejoinder; very sincerely -Judgefloro 15:20, 23 February 2017 (UTC) (talk)
I'm afraid that these will be deleted as the advertisements shown are copyrighted, and the ads can only appear in the photo as de minimis. I suggest that photos of Daniel Padilla in billboard ads, except those deemed to be de minimis, can be moved to local Wikipedia, but falls under fair use.-TagaSanPedroAkoTalk -> 09:34, 22 February 2017 (UTC)
Thanks for your message; the Photography is centered on 2 or 3 Barangays of Mandaluyong and Pasig River section hereat Makati in front; all the Ads, billboards are incidental or are just there, and the landscape is too far; regards and sincerely -Judgefloro 16:02, 22 February 2017 (UTC) (talk)

Thanks for your kindness; in taking more than 739, 000 photos of more than 18 Philippine provinces including its more than 3,000 Barangays since I took photos of Baler, Aurora, I never found kindness in my own country but in the hearts and minds of those from the far far sides of this lonely planet; Commons photography is utterly dangerous, full of thorns scattered by those whose worlds are enveloped by fear, anxiety and hatred; most of the Barangays I did travel to take photos are critical areas, and I suffered so much; it is a truism that People hate, are afraid of and get angry when they are confronted with things they do not understand; I miserably fail and continously failed to catch the Outer space and alien multi-dimensions not constricted by time and space - Eternitas, the Blinding Light that has been seen by more than 30,000 poorest of the poor little ones who are dirty, forsaken and so depressed especially in Slums in the Philippines; starting from 4 am until 2 am, the most difficult is to Edit and Upload; I love the Sun, and it is only at 3 pm to sunset that Colors burn the subjects and objects; no most expensive Cameras can depict what the Burning setting Sun paints upon the objects; for you and all those who love the Philippines and its innermost villages that are more beautiful than all those tourist landmarks in the internet, I love the unphotographed farthest sitios or villages of the Barangays of Towns of the Provinces; Quantum Physics and Micro or Molecular Biology and Engineering focus on Mystic Theology, the Apocalypse that are revealed in these Coded photos, that I take and Great thanks to Common philosphy, that the world today tersely has seen a part of the Dark and Darker Matter afar from the Big Bang and the blasting of the farthest Barriers of the Cosmos, as explained by M. Freeman, and revealed by only 1 photo of all my photos, this Lumen de Lumine Best of luck and regards sincerely -Judgefloro 15:44, 26 February 2017 (UTC) (talk)

Thanks for your message; I, too and also agree to a shorter name; my problem is the confusing titles or names in the markers or lack of markers; this University is so big too large so encompassing; so, this Obelisk is for one, for PUP but the statue of Apolinario Mabini is Central thereat; the Main building and Freedom Plaza has no exact boundaries and I wanted to include the main gate passageway or main street including the Arch of the Lagoons which I did not shoot due to Bad weather, I waited and waited and I do not like to shoot if there is poor sun; at any rate, I separated the Interfaith Chapel and Mabini Shrine was into 2 categories, or 3, the statue, the new museum and the Old house in its 3rd tranfer hereat just 10 per center thereof preserved all are remakes, sincerely -Judgefloro 15:07, 17 March 2017 (UTC) (talk)

Alexis G. Santos is one of the 8 children of Alejo Santos and the School was named after his son who became a Martyr according to tradition of history as stated verbally when I went to the school from the teachers and the elders but no written history about him; his martyrdom caused his name to be engraved in this landmark school of Liciada, Bustos; hence, I respectfully submit the above facts about this son of Gen. Santos; I went to the Principal's office and even asked the teachers about the history and photo of this child of General Santos but they failed to produce since it was long time ago; sincerely -Judgefloro 15:27, 5 May 2017 (UTC) (talk)

Muntinlupa and Las Piñas

It was already two years, but you have no photos for Muntinlupa and Las Piñas yet. Looks like only a few parts of those cities are already covered, and if possible, you may have any pictures of most areas in those cities, but you may be restricted to the openly-accessible areas, as a lot of private subdivisions with gates are scattered in those cities. Thanks for your messages, and I deeply understand, that, in my own spirit, I desire to instead take photos of the North Ilocos Sur and or South Las Pinas Muntinlupa; but I am scared of Clouds, I suffered the trauma, when RamonFVelasquez ailing was Editor, Clouds and rains destroyed my photography; many editors of Europe and America may not appreciate my Philosophy of SUN, Sun and Sun, 3 to 6 pm; Several attempts to cover Metro Manila was successful but when I attempted to go to Pateros on Sunday, these bad clouds cover my photos; as you seen, I desire to cover Forbes Park, but clouds again prevent me; if you open the Pictures abroad and here of photographers, you will find that they too experience the Clouds and it makes grainy the pixels, and even if they use a million pesos camera SLR or the most expensive IPhones, they cannot compare with my Sun photos; in more than 50 attempts, when I would ride Baliwag Transit, I would only have to jump to Santa Rita Guiguinto interchange, fearing the black clouds covering Metro Manila; at age 64, I never experienced this Super abnormal weather where the Sun only shines in the morning, thus, I have to cover and cover the already covered nearby Bulacan, Pampanga and Nueva Ecija; imagine, I ran out of photos, due to 10 days of bad weather; in one day, I traveled 10 hours to reach back and forth Science City of Munoz and I got only 15 minutes of very dark rainy photos; it is so discouraging; to cover Intramuros and Port Area, the clouds again defeated me; and you know, the traffic jam again, is a nightmare when I go to MRT Station unlike 2 years ago; But, but, and but, my photos are extraordinaryly Valued, take Barangay 160, Calookan, Mabini, Lian, Tuy, Nasugbu, Batangas and Very first, is San Carlos, San Luis, Pampanga, including RWM where the horror creeped at the feet of St. Therese Shrine and its Bishop Tumulak expired; I respectfully suggest that you and editors copy my photos in PRINT for I fear that these Valued photos may result in dire annihilation of the places like Samar and Leyte of Yolanda and other buildings of Mabini, including the destruction and building new buildings ... very sincerely * If I grant requests to take photos of Metro Manila and Southern Luzon even during summer, I would end up like I did during my earlier years here, where 60 per cent of the photos are not covered by the Mighty Orange to Red Sun of Sunset. Hello Judgefloro,

I'm writing you as one of the most active Commons users right now. Since a while now, the idea of a dedicated Commons conference has been floating around, but since the last Wikimania concrete steps have been taken to actually make it happen next year. If you're interested in participation or maybe willing to help organize the first ever Commons Conference, I invite you to check out the project page and leave your comments; or just show your support for the idea, by signing up.

Cheers,

Good morning and thanks for your message; Done, I devoted many years of my life in Commons sitting not in a Judge throne as I did for 6 months as Regional Trial Court Judge of Br. 73, Malabon-Navotas, Metro Manila in 1999 - as I opt to sit in buses, trikes, boats and more importantly in a chair to upload my photos; I am age 64 a senior citizen of Commons, Very sincere, and regards--Judgefloro 14:05, 7 September 2017 (UTC) (talk)

Balete Drive's northern segment

Hi @Judgefloro: ! This is en:User:JWilz12345 of enwiki and tlwiki. If you have ample schedule/time, can you take photographs of en:Balete Drive's northern segment? (E.-Rodriguez-Bougainvilla segment) I think a photo of such segment is a better identifying photo for the said residential avenue of New Manila's eastern part. I noticed that you only uploaded the avenue's southern segment (Acacia st-Aurora Blvd segment) at Category:Balete Drive. And if you may or such conditions permit, can you photograph this segment on a highly cloudy day? (like RioHondo's File:Padre Burgos Avenue.jpg or your File:09979jfShaw Boulevard MRT Station Mandaluyong City EDSA Landmarksfvf 09.jpg. As this is more dramatic, emphasizing, and impact-causing for this segment said by many as the supposed core of urban legends in connection to this avenue. Thanks! JWilz12345 (talk) 13:06, 3 December 2017 (UTC)

Thanks for the message en:User:JWilz12345; good evening from here, Philippines; with all due respect, this is the first time that I now learn that some or more love photos under clouds; at age 64 and an amateur with no professional education in photography, I knew and learned that 3 to 5 pm Sun photography till sunset is the best, and this is the reason that an editor here waited for over a year for me to take Muntinlupa and Las Pinas including Paranaque Metro Manila; I will try my best to catch up and take a second look at Balete Drive (note that I learned of this scary area when I took landmarks of the LRT-2 Area including Mount Carmel Church and New Manila's Quezon City Barangays and Churches; as I read your request I should look for this segment, (E.-Rodriguez-Bougainvilla segment - I remember having walked on this, but I think, I refused to have taken photos since the area was covered with shadows; as you see, almost all my photos are stricken by the SUN, for I love the sun), I respectfully remain very sincerely yours, and best regards -Judgefloro 14:49, 3 December 2017 (UTC) (talk)
Note: if you will: if I am not mistaken, you are or may be interested in Philippine folklore or paranormal or mystical phenomena; I had been so quiet on this although, the main core of my Photography are the Aliens and UFOs; please look at my subjectively, masterpiece, Colo dam in Barangay Colo, Dinalupihan, Bataan; the controversy led to news headlines about the death due to drowning of a boy in Colo dam; his brother is a seer, who saw me, and insisted that I take photos of Colo dam, but I told him to wait, since I want the Sun to strike the area for it is cloudy; thereat the Parish Church, he insisted that an Immortal took away his brother and they thought and saw him as officially dead; the school children with him saw the Apparition of the Titular patron of the Church and he saw as I allowed him to see, his own brother shouting for help inside the depths of the profound Dam, in its mystic dimension; but 2 Immortals with burning swords prevented him to go near the jail where those incarcerated sow hate and anger and gnashing of teeth; as a Judge, I tell you that testimonial evidence of the witness especially this boy, is credible even if Science has not yet come closer to this, like in Balete Drive; for me, the reason I took photography of Balete Drive, is the comming to pass of my Prophecy on the 2006 bloody taking of a life inside the Mount Carmel Parish Church wedding years ago, and I tell you, this Church is even more scary of Truth than Balete Drive, come inside this Church which Altar and Sanctuary had been restored by the Bishop; I respectfully remain very sincerely yours, and best regards -Judgefloro 15:29, 3 December 2017 (UTC) (talk)

@Judgefloro: : To be honest, I have no love on Philippine folklore or mythology, as I have been following Roman Catholicism, though I have some interest in paranormal when it comes to geography (e.g. en:List of reportedly haunted locations, en:List of reportedly haunted locations in China, en:List of reportedly haunted locations in the Philippines; I occasionally edit the last two of these), as I love en:geography. I am more of a roadfan, who loves Philippines roads (like my favorite, en:North Luzon Expressway). But I also have love for a mostly-overcast sky, such as en:File:Padre Burgos Avenue.jpg and en:File:STAR Tollway Malvar.jpg by RioHondo, your File:09979jfShaw Boulevard MRT Station Mandaluyong City EDSA Landmarksfvf 09.jpg, and RFVelasquez's File:Malvar-Tanauanjf8374 07.JPG. In fact, I chose your EDSA pic for the tlwiki that I greatly improved: tl:Talaan ng mga lansangan sa Kalakhang Maynila. But thanks for your quick reply! :) May you contribute more photos that will help spread the knowledge of all aspects of Filipino places, society, culture, and tradition to all 7 billion people around the world.JWilz12345 (talk) 11:41, 4 December 2017 (UTC)

Thanks for the message en:User:JWilz12345; good evening from here, Philippines; with all due respect, I thank you for letting me learn about cloudy skies photography that you love, in fact that is supported by my favorite book which I read 20 times, The Little Prince, who loves the sunset and the sad ... but, for me, it pains me to upload cloudy photos, unless needed by the scene such as this, I am a closed Catholic, just that Ateneo did teach us in A.B. Philosophy Philippine mythology and folklore, etc. It took me 1 hour and 10 minutes to photograph the entire Balite Drive starting from Diliman Creek in its Extensions ending in Lantana after Bouganvilla Street, thus finishing all of the Drive I respectfully remain very sincerely yours, and best regards -Judgefloro 11:50, 4 December 2017 (UTC) (talk)

@Judgefloro: I've made major edits at Balete Drive's enwiki and tlwiki pages. I also changed its imgs at en:List of roads in Metro Manila and en:List of haunted locations in the Philippines. Thank you for the photos of this avenue! :) May you continue to contribute high-quality photos of various and important parts of Luzon for Wikipedia, Commons, and the people of the Philippines and the world! :) JWilz12345 (talk) 13:00, 4 December 2017 (UTC)

Thanks for the message en:User:JWilz12345; good evening from here, Philippines; with all due respect, a) Colo dam in Colo Dinalupihan is a very mystique and haunted location; as proof, many Immortals, the good Archangels imprison thereat those who are evil in this world that burry the truth and sin; this is based on the death of the brother of the boy that saw his brother taken abducted and put in jail thereat appearing in newspapers as drowned; b) when I photographed Madlum River and Madlum Caves, in Sibul San Miguel, Bulacan uploaded in Wikimedia, 13 BSU students drowned and administrative cases resulted in punishment, but the truth is that the Immortals took these boys; science is not yet equipped with the methods that I have; it is a haunted very scary cave c) Bustos dam Pier 3 is very haunted for every year a male is taken by the sirena or mermaid thereat; I only took exterior of the Centennial house in Balete for it is closed; all my pictures 906,000 of them including my photos uploaded by RamonFVelasquez, are all dedicated and consecrated to Ave Maria as I bear the 5 wounds, I respectfully remain very sincerely yours, and best regards -Judgefloro 13:13, 4 December 2017 (UTC) (talk)

Thanks for the message; good evening from here, Philippines; allow me to tersely state how Wikimedia Commons contributed to the wisdom of Filipinos and others similarly situated, thusly: unlike all other internet sites, Commons has wisely made the files or photos permanent such that the editor or uploader can no longer take off or erase the photos, in general, I say; I have had very sad experiences with my valued photos in other site; I was never notified of the deletion of my photos; what I suggest is, Wikipedia and Wikimedia Commons can have more advertising of the photos to let the world know that they exist; very few Filipinos know about Commons and very few encounter Wikipedia; I deeply understand how FB is used to make viral videos and photos of ordinary matters in Philippine scenes, and perhaps the designers of Commons can also move forward to educate Filipinos about the value of Commons files, I respectfully remain very sincerely yours, and best regards -Judgefloro 12:39, 1 April 2018 (UTC) (talk)

IP block exempt

I have granted your account an exemption from IP blocking. This will allow you to edit through full blocks affecting your IP address when you are logged in.

Please read the page Commons:IP block exemption carefully.

Note in particular that you are not permitted to use this newly-granted right to edit Commons via anonymous proxies, or disruptively. If you do, or there is a serious concern of abuse, then the right may be removed by any administrator. Guanaco (talk) 02:31, 18 April 2018 (UTC)

Thanks for your kindness and my report on my IP addresses and Internet system, Philippines

Good morning and thanks for your message; Thanks for your kindness, Guanaco; as history of my editing, at first, I rented computers in Internet cafes here Philippines, until I bought a computer for about 300 dollars or P 15,000 because I was able to subscribe to Globe broadband where the internet speed in Uploading is now about 4 mbps but slow download of only .05 or less; I am copying here the Subnet - 192.168.254.0 / 255.255.255. Dns extension - homerouter.cpe Dhcp address: 192.168.254.254 Home network Network 3 from this Globe, but I have not yet copied the rented IP Address shown in the Block which I failed to copy last night; maybe that is the IP address of this Computer which I bought, I believe that this IP Adress which repeatedly vandalizes is used by renting users; as proof, when I would open the edit button to copy some links and descriptions of images I uploded, and I am not logged, I repeatedly found vandalism blocks of my IP Adress; but, when I log in as UIser:Judgefloro, I am not blocked from editing; I did not know that when I bought this Computer, the IP Address is shared by those renting the other computers of the shop, but I do not want to buy a new one because this one is good and fast in memory and does not go wrong since 4 years ago; I am afraid to buy new ones, that are difficult to handle; please I am age 64 a senior citizen of Commons, Very sincere, and regards--Judgefloro 04:14, 18 April 2018 (UTC) (talk)

I am User:Judgefloro, User talk:Judgefloro

I think you've made the right decision keeping your computer, because your IP address would probably not change. If it works, good! It used to be that these vandals and abusers could cause serious problems, because we had no way to block them without also blocking legitimate users such as yourself. In this case, I'm not sure whether the users are in the same shop, the same region, or using open proxies near you. No matter, we'll block the vandals, and your exemption will keep you out of it. There shouldn't be any more problem, as long as you log in. Guanaco (talk) 16:00, 18 April 2018 (UTC)
Many thanks again for your kindess and help; I think that my IP Address goes with the physical computer that I bought; I used this computer which was in an internet cafe of gamers; using the same for 2 months convinced me to buy it from the owner who sold all his computers due to transfer of shop; please help me if later on I will have problems with editing; I think this only happened last night where I am not blocked but the IP Adress which necessarily prevented me from editing for the first time; I hope for your kind understanding since during our times from 1960's we never had the Internet only manual typewriters; I am trying to learn, but I cannot comprehend all the basics of these complicated tools of Commons, I respectfully remain very sincerely yours, and best regards -Judgefloro 16:09, 18 April 2018 (UTC) (talk)
192.168.254.254 is a RFC 1918 address – that is, not an Internet address and is irrelevant to anything visible from Wikimedia servers because is hidden behind NAT. Properties of the real (Internet) IP address depend on internet service provider, not on the desktop computer. Incnis Mrsi (talk) 17:15, 18 April 2018 (UTC)
Thanks for the message; good evening from here, Philippines; allow me to place here what I copied from the Block message as I sent an email to Commons, thus: "My current IP address is 112.198.103.83 and the block ID is #329129 ..." I have never been involved in vandalism as proved by my more than 850,000 contributions here; let me explain that I bought from shared computers my computers coupled with the IP Adddress, and I do not know about the doings, that may have affected me, that is, those who used this Address; hoping for your kind understanding of my predicament I respectfully remain very sincerely yours, and best regards -Judgefloro 17:29, 18 April 2018 (UTC) (talk)
Yes, I am aware of the baddy operating from this range. IP block exempt is an outcome determined by these circumstances. You should not worry about it further, as the exempt is effective for any your Internet connection, provided your do not forget to log in. Incnis Mrsi (talk) 17:37, 18 April 2018 (UTC)
Many thanks again for your kindess and help in letting me understand the difficult technicalities brought about by disruptive users or gamers of internet cafes here in my nearby places; actually, when I saw the several times blocks before I log in, when I opened the edit button to copy some descriptions before I log, I often discover the Blocks due to bad edits by internet cafe users who use this same IP Address that goes with the computer I bought which is so good, fast and never had gone wrong since I bought it unlike many here in the Philippines that goes on and off, and I feel lucky using this computer; I respectfully remain very sincerely yours, and best regards -Judgefloro 17:47, 18 April 2018 (UTC) (talk)

Micky Mouse money (Japanese-occupation money 💴)

Kamusta honourable Florentino,

I believe that the copyright © for these banknotes has expired so if you know anyone with old Japanese issued Pesos you could upload them, of course don't take a break out of your daily photography sprees to look for them. Did your parents ever tell you about life under the Japanese? I remember growing up with stories about the Japanese coming into my parents' house 🏠 in Haiphong and tearing everything apart to look for spies, I'm so glad that the war is long behind us and hope that neither thr Philippines or Viet-Nam will have to face foreign occupation like that ever again. Despite that I was always fascinated by how beautiful Japanese-issued banknotes were. --Donald Trung 『徵國單』 (No Fake News 💬) (WikiProject Numismatics 💴) (Articles 📚) 16:41, 23 May 2018 (UTC)

Thanks for your message; for about 3 years when I was 5 to 8 years old, we were playing with these Japanese moneys; we found these outside our mosler safe box; we never cared about them, until they were all thrown in the waste basket; I do not have even a piece of them, and all my cousins never kept even one; what my brothers kept are gold coins from England that my father collected; but I have no more knowledge about these; my point is, if only I have a little diligence, I could have photographed these Japanese moneys; on my photography, an editor here asked me to take photos of San Pedro, Laguna, years ago, but I just take them today and weeks ago, since I only desire photos taken under the blue sky with the orange afternoon sun striking my objects; I am a mystic, and my ardent desire is to capture UFOs and aliens; but I do not complaint if of 1.0 million photos here I uploaded I only captures less than 15 and most of them are too far; these aliens are too shy or rather, they keep the deepest secrets of the entire universe from mankind; I respectfully remain very sincerely yours, and best regards -Judgefloro 17:07, 23 May 2018 (UTC) (talk)

Do you want to hear/read a funny story? A long time ago when I with a group of friends we saw a UFO 🛸 and none of us had a camera (as this was long before camera phones) and all we had was a story, since then I swore to always have a camera 📷 with me at all time, in fact no matter how busy I am I always carry my camera with me just so I won't let another UFO evade my sight again. I remember my friends and I making drawings of what we saw for years, if only one of us had a camera. 😅 --Donald Trung 『徵國單』 (No Fake News 💬) (WikiProject Numismatics 💴) (Articles 📚) 17:16, 23 May 2018 (UTC)

I agree very much with your thoughts and I share your experiences; as a matter of fact, in my photography of some barangays in Macabebe, Pampanga, 2 boys stated that they saw the lights and UFOs before I arrived; not only these 2 boys but many told me, but they could not capture the UFOs; may I reveal to you this fact: these School children today, had seen the Apparition; yes, all of them will testify, like the 30,000 School children in the Philippines I took picture of, had seen the Lights and the Woman clothed with the sun, alien, so to speak, but could not be captured by any camera; if you read the Le Petit Prince, or the Little Prince of Antoine de St. Exupery, you will comprehend that what is essential is invisible to the eye, and that is what the greatest Quantum physics genius that just passed away never ever reached in his greatest mind, for these are revealed only to the little children; for this sole reason, I do my solitude photography that cannot, will not and could never be duplicated in human history; I respectfully remain very sincerely yours, and best regards -Judgefloro 17:30, 23 May 2018 (UTC) (talk)
