  Yes I'm breastfeeding. She also has silent reflux and is on Zantac, if that makes any difference.
  Any idea how to get her more hindmilk? Will it go away?

  Just leave her at one breast longer just to make sure she is really emptying it. It will go away.
  
  We are on Zantac too so I don't think that is causing any color change

  Last night she slept really long and in the middle of the night only ate off the left side before falling back asleep. When we woke up in the morning my right side was super hard and full. I wonder if that's what caused it.

  Oversupply/engorgement can cause that so probably. I wouldn't worry unless it's every diaper for a day or more

  Is her fontanelle in place? Isn't sunken? My mom told me if my baby get that color in his poop check if his fontanelle is sunken

  Okay hers is not nearly that bad, I can't even really see it through her hair, I can just feel a little dip sometimes
