Can't access to the settings on my Sense

The settings button on my Sense is grayed out and does not open.  I cannot access any of my settings and I do not get any notifications. Yes, I have tried resetting by pushing the side button.   No, it has not worked and I have tried several times.  I cannot shut down the watch either, because that option is in the settings!!  No, it is not in sleep mode!

Please advise!!!!!

Thanks for explaining your situation when trying to access the settings of your Sense. I appreciate your efforts to get this improved.

I recommend you to try to change the clock face of your Sense.

I have the same issue as OP. I've changed my clock face twice and it still won't allow access to settings. I don't know why. I haven't accessed them in some time, but it is stupid there isn't a way to factory reset it without access to settings. I have restarted it as well. It syncs just fine with the app, just can't access settings on the watch. It's weird because in my bluetooth settings, the watch isn't paired, but it still syncs.
