Abstract: In the intelligent age, computers are required to help people complete simple daily work. Among them, computer voice databases and systems occupy a very important position in the field due to their wide application. In order to optimize the system design method, the application of IGA algorithm is proposed, and the performance of the model under the algorithm is compared and tested. The algorithm experiment shows that when the IGA objective function value is 34.4, there is no change, and the number of iterations is 100; Compared with the traditional genetic algorithm, the value of the optimal solution is always…the minimum. Then the error of the optimal solution under different algorithms is compared and analyzed. It is found that the error of the optimal solution under IGA operation has the minimum value of 0.0079; The experiment of speech recognition efficiency shows that the speech recognition rate under the intervention of IGA algorithm has increased by 8%, and the overall efficiency is higher than 95%. It can be seen from the above results that IGA is helpful to the acquisition of voice database data, and improves the recognition efficiency. The feasibility of the method is high, which is of great significance to the development of China’s intelligent system industry. But at present, the overall progress of the voice system is still limited, so expanding research methods to apply to the field of voice system is still the next research direction that can be explored.

Abstract: Heterogeneous network (HetNet) deployment comprising of high power macro nodes overlaid with pico nodes and various other types of low power nodes has been considered as one of the key enabling technology in 3GPP LTE-Advanced. HetNet can significantly enhance the capacity and coverage of cellular networks. However, severe inter-cell interference (ICI) between high power macro and low power pico nodes is a critical performance limiting factor for cell-edge users in HetNet. Coordinated multipoint transmission (CoMP) has been recognized as an effective technique to mitigate ICI in LTE-A. However, backhaul overhead and complexity are critical issues in CoMP. In this paper…we propose a novel scheme that utilizes the benefits of HetNet to improve the system capacity and coverage. Moreover it exploits coordinated multi-point transmission to effectively mitigate ICI with reduced feedback overhead and complexity. In our scheme the users with high signal to interference plus noise ratio are served by the respective macro and pico cells. However, for users in high interference region, coordinated multi-point joint transmission is adopted to increase the radio signal strength and effectively mitigate ICI. The proposed scheme outperforms the conventional system with reduced backhaul overhead and complexity. System level simulations illustrate that the proposed scheme attains higher performance as compared to conventional schemes.

Abstract: In this paper, a diamagnetic-airflow hybrid levitation structure is reported, with a floating magnet rotor stably levitated above a diamagnetic disc just using a lifting magnet and airflow. Compared with the typical diamagnetically stabilized structure, the rotation speed of the rotor is increased from 9570 rpm to 16666 rpm, and the levitation gap is increased from 0.3 mm to 0.7 mm when the airflow rate exceeds 2198 sccm under standard temperature and pressure (STP). At the same time, the rotor can be stably levitated at any height from 0.2 mm to 0.8 mm by adjusting the vertical position of the nozzles. With the hybrid levitation structure, it’s…possible to overcome the structural limitation of typical diamagnetically stabilized levitation structure and enhance the working performance of the rotor. This levitation structure is expected to be applied to sensing, energy harvesting and air bearing under actuation of airflow.

Abstract: Background: Recent studies showed that type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) may increase the risk of cognitive impairment, but there are few biomarkers to diagnostically discriminate T2DM-associated cognitive impairment and cognitive impairment alone. In this study, we assessed certain cytokines involved in inflammation and vascular diseases and identified special panel of cytokines that could differentiate between T2DM and cognitive impairment. Objective: To investigate associations and differences between T2DM and cognitive impairment by cytokines analysis. Methods: A total of 264 participants were recruited, their blood samples were collected, and plasma and serum were separated and stored at – 80°C until the assessment…of amyloid-β (Aβ )42 , Aβ 40 and 8 kinds of cytokines by Luminex multiplex assays. Results: Plasma Aβ 40 is higher whereas Aβ 42/40 ratio is lower in cognitive impairment and T2DM-associated cognitive impairment compared to other groups. As compared to health control, YKL-40 level was upregulated in cognitive impairment, PRGN was downregulated in T2DM associated cognitive impairment, OPN was substantially decreased in T2DM, and IL-6 was elevated in cognitive impairment and T2DM-associated cognitive impairment. Interestingly, VEGF and S100B were induced in T2DM when compared with cognitive impairment, and NSE level in T2DM-associated cognitive impairment is significantly lower than in T2DM or cognitive impairment. Conclusion: Aβ 42 , Aβ 40 , and Aβ 42/40 ratio cannot distinguish T2DM-associated cognitive impairment from cognitive impairment. Certain cytokines (YKL-40, NSE, and VEGF) have good performance in distinguishing T2DM-associated cognitive impairment from simple cognitive impairment. Taken together, this may improve the accuracy of the diagnosis and establishment of individualized therapy.
