Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1/2 cup Milk Powdered
  2. 1/3 cup Milk
  3. 1 cup Milkmaid
  4. 1/2 cup Sugar
  5. 1 tsp Ghee
  6. 1 tsp Coffee powder
  7. 1 tsp Rosemilk essence
  8. 1 tsp saffron strands

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add milkpowder and milk mix them well and keep it aside without lumps. Take flavor ingredients as saffron, coffee powder and rosemilk essence.

    Add ghee and milkmaid mix it well on low flame.after that add milk batter into it and heat on low flame.

    When mixture is ready,split it in 3 bowl and add the flavors in. Then heat it when the flavor is mixed.

    Then as you wish the shape as made it while doing this add ghee on your hand and then make,then finally I made coffee peda,rosemilk peda and kesar peda.
