Cooking Instructions

Mix ragi flour with salt make it like chapati batter

Make a adai(like dosa using hand directly in tawa) in ragi balls

Make that adai into small pieces

Add groundnut and Jaggery in mixie jar and grind it like coarse Powder

Now add the adai crumbles I mixie jar make a smooth powder

Mix everything and make it like a small balls
