Ingredients

20 minutes
2 servings
  1. 250 g babycorn boiled for 5 min in salty water
  2. 1/2 tsp salt
  3. 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  4. 1/2 tsp peri-peri masala
  5. 1/2 tsp chat masala
  6. 1 tbsp refined wheat flour
  7. 1 tbsp cornflour
  8. 2-4 tbsp water
  9. as required Oil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

20 minutes
  1. 1

    For the batter, mix everything except chat masala

  2. 2

    Coat the baby corn in the batter. Batter should neither be thick nor be runny. Deep fry till golden brown

  3. 3

    Sprinkle with chat masala and seve hot with tea or soup
