Generally when we cook gobhi ki sabji the stems throw in wastage. But if we store them & clean them for sabji, it would be prepare very tasty dish. We can serve it as side dish or add snacks. Here I tried to make danthal ki sabji.
Cooking Instructions

Hard & damage portion of danthal cut in waste. We can use cauliflower & broccoli's danthal. Cut all these into small pieces.

In a pan add oil roast jeera & hing. After that add garlic. After 2 min saute add fine cut tomato pieces. Roast it, till become soft.

Add dry spices Aldo in pan. Cook it with cover the lid. When all ingredients mix proper & it leave the oil.

Now add washed danthal in pan. Mix them in masala with spectula. Again cover it for cook. Check it occasionally.

If required add some water drops. When proper cooked add garam masala & kasuri on it.

Tasty& easy seasonal sabji is ready for serve.
