Ingredients

5- 10 servings
  1. 1-1/2 cup Gelatin powder
  2. Few drops of Colour and essence
  3. As Required Chocolate mould
  4. 1/2 tsp Vinegar
  5. As Required Water for mixing gelatin powder
  6. As Required Hot water for boiling sugar syrup

Cooking Instructions

    Take gelatin powder. Colour and essence. Mould

    Take a bowl add gelatin powder and mix with water.Take a saucepan, add water. When water is boil add sugar.

    Add vinegar. Sugar is boiled. Add mixing gelatin powder. When gelatin is curdled. Take it into a bowl. Add flavor and color.

    Mix well. Take it into mould and bowl

    When it's cool. Take it into refrigerate. When it's set take it into plate serve it.
