Ingredients

prep.time 15 minutes
8 servings
  1. 1 cup desiccated coconut powder
  2. 1 cup milk powder
  3. 1/2 cup condensed milk
  4. 2 tsp milk (if needed)
  5. 1 tsp cardamom powder
  6. 2 drops rose enamel
  7. 1 tsp chopped rose petals
  8. 2 tsp chopped dryfruits
  9. 1/2 tsp finely chopped pistachios

Cooking Instructions

prep.time 15 minutes
  1. 1

Take a mixing bowl. Add desiccated coconut, milk powder, condensed milk, and cardamom powder. Combine well. Knead a dough.

  2. 2

If needed, add milk and make a smooth dough. Do equal 2 portions. Add chopped dryfruits in 1 part and rose petals and enamel in the other part. Mix well.

  3. 3

Now, on a plastic sheet or on a butter paper, roll dryfruits dough in a long log. You can give any shape. Here, I had given triangle shape. Roll rose dough in a rectangle shape and flatten it. Put white dough on it. Cover it with the help of the sheet.

  4. 4

Sprinkle chopped pistachios and cover it. Keep in the fridge to set. Cut in pieces.

  5. 5

Ready to serve, a very delicious and quick sweet in this Diwali with no cooking concept. Enjoy.

I am happy to join cookpad, learning more and sharing as well. ❤️❤️👍👍👌👌💐💐 At the age of 10, I started my cooking journey with my mother's guidance. My cooking guru is my Maa - Mrs. Madhuri Dhanraj Bhatia. She was a master home chef, running a small business of food items like daily meal tiffin, traveling food packs, seasonal pickles, papad, chips, frymus, etc. So I learned lots of from her. At the age of 18, I got married in a huge joint family and started my new journey. My family loves my dishes and appreciates me. Especially my husband and my son. So, day by day, I improved myself, and today, cooking is my hobby, my passion. My husband , Mr. Kamal Sampat always supports and motivates me. All credits go to my mother and my husband.
