Rava fish fry is a popular sea-food and can also be made with basa, pomfret ,salmon etc Squeeze some lime and enjoy with rice and dal or bread or simply as a starter with some onion rings.

Marinate fish with salt and 1 tbsp lemon juice for 30 minutes.Mix all ingredients except oil and rava. Toss the marinated fish in this masala and let it rest for sometime.Spread rava on a broad plate and coat fish both sides with rava.Set aside in a fridge for sometime.Heat oil in a wok and fry fish on medium heat and flip the fish and fry other side.Serve with lemon slices.Goes well will rice or serve as it is.
