Ingredients

  1. 2 Surmai fish slices
  2. 2 tbsp lemon juice
  3. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  4. 1/2 tsp onion paste
  5. 1 green chilli paste
  6. 1 pinch cumin powder
  7. 1 pinch coriander powder
  8. 1 pinch turmeric powder
  9. 1/4 th tsp red chilli powder
  10. 1 tsp rice flour
  11. 1 tsp cornflour
  12. 1/2 cup rava/semolina
  13. 1 cup oil

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate fish with salt and 1 tbsp lemon juice for 30 minutes.Mix all ingredients except oil and rava. Toss the marinated fish in this masala and let it rest for sometime.Spread rava on a broad plate and coat fish both sides with rava.Set aside in a fridge for sometime.Heat oil in a wok and fry fish on medium heat and flip the fish and fry other side.Serve with lemon slices.Goes well will rice or serve as it is.
