In an empty rice cooker, add beef steaks. Add all ingredients except Oyster sauce and sesame oil.

Put on slow cooking for about 3 hours. (or 1.5 hours each time)

Once it's cooked, then shred the beef and add Oyster sauce and sesame oil and mix well.

Prepare sauce. Once the beef is ready, serve with rice and spring onion sesame seeds on top.
