Ingredients

  1. 2 cup whipped cream
  2. 1 cup Cold water
  3. Drop Milk flavor
  4. Nozzles
  5. bag Pipping
  6. Some powdered milk optional

Cooking Instructions

    In a mixing bowl add in the whipped cream, a very cold water that is almost ice,a drop of milk flavor,your powdered milk optional.

    Using a hand or standing mixer or a very strong whisker whisk it very well for about 10-15 mins till slightly spiff or double in size. Refrigerate it for some minutes before you use it.

    After some minutes whisk it again and pipe it on your cake, decorate it the way you want and enjoy.

    Note: if possible even the bowl and the whisker should be cold : also some whipped cream will need more water some lesser than the 1cup I mentioned, it’s depends on the whipped cream you’re using so you should be adding the water bit by bit to get a good result
