Ingredients

  1. Beans paste
  2. Palm oil
  3. Pepper
  4. Cray fish
  5. Complete spice
  6. Chopped onions
  7. cube Seasoning
  8. Water

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a bowl mix the beans paste with all the ingredients and seasoning

  2. 2

    Add oil and warm water,mix a soft consistency

  3. 3

    Add oil to the tins,and add d beans paste n steam for 45 mins.... Serve wv pepper or sauce
